I am 100% for unions to fight for safe, healthy work environments. I am 100% AGAINST unions that provide job security; job security should be dictated by the quality of work being done that is determined by clearly defined expectations and clear results. It's laughable how "public" unions focus on job security regardless of performance; hardly what Ms. Reese was fighting for in this video.
