In a Wall Street Journal opinion piece entitled “Fallen Soldier,” Fouad Ajami cited the soldier’s creed: “I will never leave a fallen comrade.” He went on to declare that “Scooter Libby was a soldier in your — our — war in Iraq.”
President Bush and his handlers need a strong dose of reality!
Over 3500 America soldiers have died. Tens of thousands have been wounded, many severely.
President Bush like most of his top advisers, including Vice President Cheney who "had more important things to do," avoided military service altogether.

My friend and I were recently talking about how we as a society are so hooked onto electronics. Reading this post makes me think back to that discussion we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.

Buying memory cards is such a big hassle... You have to Google prices, filter through which ones are genuine, step out and walk around a bunch of stores, compare prices, finally buy your memory, and then fervently pray that the price doesn't fall in the next 2 weeks or so.
ReplyDeleteI've been done in by rapid price drops in the past... especially this one time when I bought a Micro SD for my DS flashcard at what I mistakenly assumed was a steal, only to later see that it had dropped by five bucks in a week.
